We test a hole in an unseen spot and step up to epoxy anchors when the brick asks for it. In the newer towers the walls are steel stud, so heavy lag bolts have nothing to bite; we use snap toggles or a backer plate instead. Concrete shear walls take a hammer drill and patience, and we bring both.

Do you work in high-rise condos and apartments downtown?
Yes. Elevator reservations, COI requests, and building work-hour rules are routine. Send the building name with your request and we handle the coordination.
Can you hide the wires?
In most drywall homes, yes. We put a power outlet behind the TV and run the other cables inside the wall to your TV stand. On brick or stone walls, in some rentals, and where a homeowners association says no, we use a slim painted cover on the wall instead. We tell you which one applies to you.
Can you mount on the concrete or brick in my loft?
Yes. Concrete gets a hammer-drilled anchor rated for the load; old brick gets a tested anchor, or an epoxy anchor where the brick is too soft. Wires run in a raceway on masonry, since there is no cavity to fish.
